Clear terms for buying from Kore Grid
The terms that apply to quotes, orders, payments, delivery, warranties and product use in New Zealand.
These terms apply when you purchase products from Kore Grid, a vertical of Kore Projects Limited, New Zealand ("Kore Grid", "we", "us"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
Unless a price is displayed on a product, pricing is provided by quote. Quotes are prepared in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are valid for the period stated on the quote. We take reasonable care to ensure displayed prices are accurate; if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
2. Orders
An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm availability and pricing with you. If a product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of anything you have paid.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Where available, you may pay in four interest-free instalments with Afterpay, subject to Afterpay's own terms and eligibility. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Delivery timeframes and freight costs are confirmed with your order confirmation. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more detail.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page (for example, 3+2 years on stackable ESS systems). The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.
6. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These terms apply alongside those rights, and where there is any inconsistency, your statutory rights prevail.

8. Product information and savings
Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Any savings figures shown on this website are illustrative examples only and are not guarantees of the savings you will achieve — actual results depend on your household's appliances, usage and electrical conditions.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kore Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
