We deliver Kore Grid systems nationwide across New Zealand — from Kaitaia to Bluff. Here's what to expect.
Delivery timeframes
Exact lead times depend on the system you've ordered and your location, so we confirm the expected delivery window with your order confirmation. Larger systems (such as the stackable ESS modules) are shipped on pallets and may need a little more coordination — we'll keep you updated from dispatch to doorstep.
Freight costs
Freight is quoted with your order and depends on the product size and delivery address. There are no surprises — you'll see and approve the total before anything is charged.
Receiving your delivery
- Check the packaging for visible damage before signing for the delivery.
- If something looks damaged, note it with the driver and contact us straight away.
- Keep the packaging until you've tested the unit — it's the safest way to transport the product if a return is ever needed.
Installation
Plug-in products such as the power-saving box need no installation beyond following the included instructions. Larger systems should be set up by a suitably qualified person — if you'd like a hand arranging that, mention it in your quote request and we'll help.
