Refunds & returns
Straightforward returns and remedies
Our process for change-of-mind returns, damaged deliveries and product faults, alongside your rights under New Zealand law.

We want you to be happy with your Kore Grid system. This policy sets out how returns and refunds work, alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA") — nothing here limits those rights.
Change-of-mind returns
If you've changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We accept change-of-mind returns where the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, agreed with us before you send it back. Return freight for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we'll refund the product price once we've received and checked the item.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by the CGA or the manufacturer's warranty, tell us right away. We may ask for photos or for the product to be returned for assessment. Depending on the situation we will repair, replace, or refund the product — whatever is a reasonable remedy under the CGA.
How to start a return
- Contact us through the contact page with your order details and what's gone wrong.
- We'll confirm whether a return is needed and where to send it.
- Once assessed, we'll process your refund or replacement. Refunds go back through the original payment method (including Afterpay, which adjusts your remaining instalments).
Non-returnable situations
Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification may not be eligible for a remedy under this policy. Your CGA rights for goods that were faulty when supplied are unaffected.
